Prepare and Use

You will need: One medium egg; 30 ml vegetable oil; 100ml semi-skimmed milk; A muffin tin. Baking Time 14-17 mins Makes 6 Baking Instructions All cooking appliances vary, these instructions are given as a guide. Step 1 - Prep Preheat oven to 190ºC/170ºC/ (fan assisted)/Gas Mark 5. Place the muffin cases into a muffin tin. Step 2 - Mix Empty the contents of the muffin mix sachet into a bowl. Add one medium egg, 30ml (2 tablespoons) vegetable oil and 100ml (7 tablespoons) semi-skimmed milk. Mix well. Step 3 - Bake Divide the batter equally between the muffin cases. Place into the centre of the pre-heated oven and bake for 14-17 minutes. Step 4 - Cool Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool. And... Enjoy!
